Ways to Shop With Snug Books
Shop in Store: Sunday through Thursday 10 am - 6 pm, Friday & Sunday 9 am - 7 pm, see our home page for special hours.
Special Orders: We are happy to place special orders in person, over the phone, or via email for pick up at the store. Typically special orders take a few days to arrive, delays from supply chain issues are possible. When your order arrives, we will notify you so you can pick it up at the store. We are not set up yet to handle direct to home shipping but you can ship directly to a home through our Book Shop page https://bookshop.org/shop/snugbooksbaltimore .
Holds: Customers can call or email us to see if we have a book. If requested we will hold that book at our register under the customers last name. We can keep books on hold for 48 hours.
Gift Cards: We do offer in store gift cards for all your gifting needs! The other services listed below offer gift cards as well for online purchases. Please note that gift cards purchased through these services do not transfer to in store purchasing and items purchased online can not be returned in the store.
Online Ordering, Audio Books, and E Books: Snug Books is partnering with these companies to offer additional services and alternative book formats. Snug Books does receive a significant portion of the sales through these services. (Please note that gift cards purchased through these services do not transfer to in store purchasing and items purchased online can not be returned in the store).

Bulk Sales: Need to order multiple copies of the same book, for a school, wedding, book club, as gifts, staff event etc...? We offer a discount for bulk sales (roughly 25 to 30 books or more) that will not be used for resale. For specifics please email email@example.com with details of your request.
Returns and Exchange Policy: For in store purchases only. Third party vendors listed above have their own return policies.
Customer must have a receipt or a customer account associated with the purchase. New Books/ Items can be returned if they are still in new condition within seven (7) days of purchase. New Books/ Items can be exchanged if they are still in new condition within (30) days of purchase. Christmas/Holiday purchases will be exchangeable until January 31st. Books/ Items that were purchased at a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Used Books: Our store does not currently sell used books or have a book buy back program.
